POSITION PURPOSE Guide the multiple functions of large sized market retail operation through the design and implementation of strategies to achieve aggressive business goals. Success will be dependent on your ability to manage managers, provide leadership, ability to coach for success, and skill at fostering teamwork in a fast-paced environment.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for defining the branch Culture with focus on building in the "Who we Are" key attributes, employee experience, and homeowner experience. Will work with branch leaders to ensure that this is a shared focus with continued communication and measurements being shared broadly via (VOT, NPS, rep.com). Assure that functional area responsibility (which will be two of the following three; sales, operations or installation) have robust plans to assure balanced capacity to meet customer demand and growth of the business. Responsible for leadership development of the leaders within their functional responsibility. Providing leadership in establishing a culture focused on safety. Help Implement and maintain Safety protocols and compliance initiatives. Responsible for maintaining high standards in key metrics and focus on fundamental business standards.Examples:
AR, RPA, NPS
(project, NYB), Installed sales targets, Bookings targets and branch profitability to name a few areas of focus. Share full P&L responsibility with the General Manager. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.DIRECTION OF OTHERS
Responsible for directing the branch leaders. These direct reports are two of the following: Installation, Operations or Sales Leaders. There will be indirect support of the same functional areas, such as: Associate Installation Managers, Installation Training Supervisors, Associate Sales Managers, Warehouse Supervisors and Marketing Leaders.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred or equivalent in a business discipline 10 years or more of business management experience Prior sales and /or sales management experience preferred Construction industry experience preferred Demonstrated skills in managing a P&L Understanding of in-home sales environment and homeowner requirements Analytical and decision-making skills Leadership skills in developing others Strategic thinking in setting challenging plans/goals/objectives Excellent communication skills Problem solving to obtain a win/win solution Interpersonal skills in building effective relationshipsPAY RANGE
