The Competitive Intelligence Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining a repository of firm experience and assisting in building firm datasets. The Competitive Intelligence Analyst interacts with attorneys, the Business Development team and other Marketing department professionals. Provides responsive intelligence for use in business development efforts related to clients, prospects, market trends and industries. Develops reports, profiles and overviews of companies, industries, and individuals. Analyzes datasets, researches outputs and translates findings into clear, concise deliverables. Tracks and maintains repositories of firm legal experience. Works to create and update compelling experience summaries and data points to be used in RFPs, pitches and marketing materials. Actively works to keep firm statistics current. Provides content for utilization by artificial intelligence. Develops best practices for AI usage including documenting effective prompts, workflows and research approaches. Uses approved AI-assisted research tools and generative AI applications, where appropriate, to accelerate research, summarize information, and improve workflow efficiency, while validating all output for quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and relevance. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholder, Partners, Business Development Specialists and Practice Managers; works with members of the graphics team as necessary. Provides exceptional internal client service by quickly responding to client requests, with the ability to handle shifting priorities from Business Development team, lawyers and leadership at all levels. #LI-SH1 #
