The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact. As a Senior Consultant in M&A Finance & Operations (M&A Finance), you will work across finance, accounting, and treasury priorities while helping clients address critical operational and reporting needs throughout the transaction lifecycle. Work You'll DoAs a Senior Consultant, M&A Finance on the M&A Integration & Divestiture team, you will be responsible for supporting clients through finance integration and separation activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. M&A Finance advises, implements, and delivers transformative solutions to clients to optimize their finance, accounting, and treasury activities due to a pending/completed transaction, restructuring and strategic cost transformation event.
