About the Role Galileo is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Licensing & Credentialing. This position is responsible for building the strategy, capabilities and execution of the credentialing and licensing operations establishing baseline SLAs with targets for improvement. Additionally, you will monitor, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the licensing and credentialing team and serve as a resource for clinical teams ensuring compliance with all federal, state, regulatory and other accrediting standards. This is a full-time, remote position reporting into the VP of People. Here's what you'll do: Owns the end to end credentialing and multi-state licensing process and systems, including the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures Oversees the onboarding and offboarding of providers, driving license and credentialing applications to completion, as well as ongoing credentialing Operates our delegated credentialing program and oversees health plan credentialing audits Manages entity level enrollment in Medicare, Medicaid, and partners with BD on external payer credentialing discussions Ensures all providers are in compliance with state and federal regulations Establishes and monitors state-specific NP/MD supervision ratios, collaborative practice agreement requirements, and prescriptive authority rules. Builds efficient internal workflows are aligned to maximize speed, accuracy, and scalability Establishes and maintains dashboards and an efficient system of records and reports Consults and partners with Clinical Operations, Clinical Providers, People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to align priorities, identify gaps, and communicate issues as they arise Manages the team's development and performance creating an inclusive environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork We'd love to hear from you if you have the following: 5-7 years of experience of applicable Credentialing experience 2-4 years supervisory experience in managing and developing teams Proven ability to thrive in a high-performing, entrepreneurial setting Are extremely high attention to detail and process-oriented Proven ability to design, manage, and scale complex credentialing and license processes Previous experience in the healthcare industry and provider platforms (e.g.
