Conduct market expansion analysis to identify on-net, near-net, and high potential off-net multifamily properties and small businesses. Research and map property management companies and ownership groups to identify portfolio-level opportunities across multiple properties. Compile and analyze competitive intelligence to understand which providers service key properties. Assist with basic research, tracking prospects, organizing lead data, and helping identify potential opportunities within our footprint. Conduct field research within target markets to identify new multifamily developments and small business corridors.Project's You'll Work On:
MDU and Small Business Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy Helping to develop a data-driven strategy to identify high-value multifamily and small business opportunities. Analyzing market expansion potential, property management portfolios, and competitive presence. Build a prioritized target list of high-value properties and management groups for the MDU and small business sales team.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to organize and analyze data. Strong attention to detail when reviewing property data. Communication and presentation skills to summarize findings clearly for leadership. Ability to work independently and manage projects from research through recommendations. Course in business, finance, economics, real estate, data analytics, or marketing.Who You Are:
