Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Commercial Offer Manager - Drive Solutions, responsible for the Altivar Process and Altivar Machine product families within the Low Voltage Drives Portfolio in the United States. As part of the Offer Management team within the Industrial Automation business, this role will lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and commercial execution to accelerate growth. You will drive business development, support successful product launches, gather market insights, and promote the portfolio to strengthen Schneider Electric's position in the U.S. market. You will work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to increase visibility, drive adoption, and deliver strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer Strategy & Execution- Define and execute the offer strategy for assigned product families
- Partner with Sales and Channel teams to develop and deploy GTM strategies
- Establish and optimize pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness and value capture
- Lead commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share
- Manage new product launches, track performance, and ensure achievement of business targets
- Support business development efforts to expand into new customers and segments
- Deliver impactful product presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers
- Build commercial capabilities through training programs and workshops
- Monitor key KPIs (orders, sales, pipeline, hit rate) and support forecasting activities
- Develop and deploy sales playbooks and strategic guidance
- Ensure strong market awareness of new products, tools, and capabilities across sales and distribution Market Analysis & Insights
- Identify customer needs and translate them into product and offer requirements aligned with regional and global strategies
- Build business cases to support new offer development
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis (pricing, GTM strategies, technologies)
- Analyze market trends and customer demands to drive differentiation and value creation
- Identify market disruptions and growth opportunities and lead initiatives to capture them Voice of Customer (VoC)
- Gather and synthesize insights across key customer segments and personas

- Knowledge of Market Segments where Variable Speed Drives are used and ability to communicate its value proposition.

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

- Strong team player to demonstrate leadership and achieve results.
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English.
Qualification and Experience:
- Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Equivalent); MBA is a plus.
- More than 5 years of experience in product/Offer management, biz development and similar techno-commercial roles for Variable Speed Drives or related products.
- Flexibility to work with global teams in various time zones Travel Time required This role requires approximately 30% to 50% domestic travel.
