Corporate & Securities Associate (M&A) - Winston-Salem Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP United States, North Carolina, Winston-Salem Jul 30, 2026 Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a mid-level Corporate & Securities Associate to join its Winston-Salem office. This position will support the firm's Corporate & Securities practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in M&A and corporate law. Demonstrated experience with: Corporate reorganizations and strategic transactions Corporate governance matters Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents for M&A transactions Conducting and managing due diligence processes Coordinating deal execution and closing logistics Collaborating with partners and cross-office teams on complex matters. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team. Candidate must be admitted to the North Carolina bar or eligible for admission.
