Job Description:

LH Med Spa & Wellness is seeking a highly experienced APN or PA-C to step into a clinical leadership role with full authority over medical compliance and standards of care. This is not a passive or administrative position. This role requires a provider who is confident enforcing policies, holding staff accountable, and protecting the integrity of the practice at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage clinical staff, including APNs, nurses, and estheticians, ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols. Ensure all clinical operations adhere to state and federal regulations, maintaining a high standard of patient care. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations across all locations. Provide training and continuous education to clinical staff on best practices, new techniques, and regulatory changes. Address and resolve any clinical issues or concerns that arise within the practice. Ensure the med spa's adherence to infection control, safety, and health guidelines. Conduct and oversee Good Faith Exams in strict accordance with state regulations Review, audit, and sign off on all patient charts with zero tolerance for incomplete or non-compliant documentation Establish, implement, and enforce clinical policies and protocols Maintain oversight of all licenses, certifications, and credentialing to ensure full compliance at all times Identify gaps in clinical practice and take immediate corrective action Work directly with management to ensure the practice remains fully compliant and audit-ready Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and improvement of services.

Qualifications:

Valid and current

APN/PA-C

license in the state of New Jersey. Valid and current

APN/PA-C

license in the state of New York. Valid and current DEA/CDS certificate. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role, preferably within a med spa or similar setting. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional attention to detail and strong clinical judgment Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service. Demonstrated ability to lead, enforce standards, and address issues directly.
