Experience (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 1+ years front desk/sales experience working in a med spa, aesthetic clinic, luxury spa, or salon setting Proven experience in a leadership, coordinator, or management role Strong understanding of aesthetic services (injectables, skincare, devices, etc.) Experience with booking systems (Meevo, AestheticsPro, preferred) Please do not apply if you do not have relevant industry experience. This is not an entry level position. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ As the Patient Experience & Operations Manager, you are the face and flow of the practice . You will oversee all front-end operations, ensure an exceptional client journey from check-in to checkout, and lead the front desk team with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. This is a patient-facing role, not to be done remote.

Your Role:
Manage and lead front desk team and daily operations Report directly to reginal director for any escalated needs Ensure a seamless, elevated client experience from booking through checkout Oversee provider schedules, optimization, and flow of the day Handle client concerns with professionalism and discretion Drive retail, service and package sales Maintain knowledge of all services, products, and promotions Support marketing initiatives and client retention strategies Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the space
What We're Looking For:
Highly polished, professional, and client-focused Natural leader with strong communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales-minded with a passion for aesthetics and wellness Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership Strong communicator and multitasker Must be able to work at both Madison & Livingston locations Must be able to work 1-2 Saturdays/month Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
