This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, sourcing ingredients, assisting in recipe creation, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our weekly meal services. As an integral part of the business, the Equity Partner will share in the ownership and strategic direction of the company, contributing to its continued growth and success. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Source quality ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation. Collaborate in developing and refining recipes to meet customer preferences and maintain high standards. Coordinate with staff to ensure timely preparation, packaging, and distribution of meals. Maintain excellent customer service standards for weekly customers. Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives as a key partner. Assist with marketing efforts and community engagement to expand customer base. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Qualifications Proven experience in food service, meal prep, or related culinary operations preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Passion for healthy eating, recipe development, and innovative food solutions. Excellent sourcing and supplier relationship management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a partnership team with a shared vision for growth. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development. Prior experience in managing or running a small business is advantageous but not mandatory.
