Vineland, NJ (in-person) Work Hours This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. Schedule includes alternating Saturdays with no Sundays required. Key Responsibilities Contact new and existing customers to discuss requests, promotions, and build relationships. Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to generate customer visits to the dealership. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to accurately document communications and maintain records. Maintain constant communication between customers and dealership departments to ensure smooth processes. Participate actively in all required training programs and follow established BDC scripts and guidelines. Meet and exceed individual goals for appointments set, confirmations, and outbound calls. Job Requirements:

Job Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, email, smartphones, and web-based applications. Ability to use Google Docs, Excel, and spreadsheets for tracking performance. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to participate fully in training and follow BDC scripts and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to inquiries. Previous sales, automotive, or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
