Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious AmLaw50 firm and repeat client with a new search for a Corporate M&A/PE Associate to join the firm's dynamic group. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of strong M&A and PE transactional and substantive drafting experience. The firm is a leader in the middle market space and may be the right spot for you if you are looking to take a leadership role as an associate and own the matter. This a nimbler group within a large firm and staffs leaner, offering great substantive experience and client contact. There is a future and partnership is attainable.
