$310,000+ (commensurate with class year and experience) The Opportunity This is a top-ranked M&A practice with a genuinely global transaction base, advising buyers, sellers, and advisers on complex deals across multiple sectors. The group appears consistently in Chambers and Law360's leading M&A and private equity rankings. From your first day, you will carry real responsibility on live deals, not a supporting role while you wait for seniority. What You Will Do Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, equity documents, and related transaction documentation Run key workstreams across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence through closing Operate as a core member of deal teams, with direct client exposure from the outset Advise on the legal, technical, and commercial dimensions of complex M&A and private equity transactions What You Bring (Must-Haves) 4-7 years of M&A associate experience at a recognized law firm Hands-on drafting and negotiating experience on complex M&A and private equity transactions Experience owning deal workstreams, not just supporting them A team-oriented working style Interested?
