M&A:
- Lead M&A due diligence, including financial analysis and data room management
- Oversee accounting operations and review financial deliverables
- Support deal execution and coordinate with legal, banking, and executive teams
- Drive post-merger integration across systems and financial processes
- Review financial statements and quality of earnings analyses
- Implement and enforce accounting policies and process improvements Qualifications for the Accounting Manager –
M&A:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or in progress preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in public, corporate accounting, or transaction advisory
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, corporate structures, and M&A processes
- Experience with financial analysis and due diligence support
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting workflow oversight
