Job Description

Build our future together: The Director, Global Life Cycle Management (LCM) Lead for Hematology is a member of the Hematology Portfolio team within the Oncology Business Unit and is responsible for driving life cycle management strategy and forward-looking planning for the brand, in alignment with the broader brand strategy and hematology development program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a holistic and integrated view of the program, with a focus on future commercial opportunities across earlier lines of multiple myeloma (including 1L), as well as expansion into plasma cell dyscrasias such as MGUS, SMM, and amyloidosis. As a strategic, cross-functional leader, this individual evaluates competitive dynamics and emerging treatment paradigms to optimize the long-term value of the asset, serving as a key bridge between the clinical development roadmap and brand strategy evolution. The role also provides strategic input and recommendations to the SPT and commercial leadership. When & where: Sleepy Hollow, NY for 4 days a week with travel on occasion Discover your role: Support the development and evolution of the global LCM strategy for brand (e.g., assess commercial opportunity across future indications, indication sequencing and prioritization, and geographic expansion) to maximize long-term brand value Lead the integration of future indication strategies into global brand planning, ensuring alignment with clinical development filing plans and contributing to a holistic, consistent commercial narrative for the program across lifecycle stages Partner with Global Hematology Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access) to contribute to asset strategy and ensure alignment with US and International teams Maintain an informed, forward-looking view of the multiple myeloma and broader hematology landscape, including TCEs, CAR-Ts, and emerging modalities such as CELMoDs, as well as support assessment of implications for the brands positioning and lifecycle strategy Synthesize competitive intelligence and evolving treatment trends into actionable insights and recommendations to inform lifecycle planning and future clinical development considerations Support the Brand Team in representing the commercial perspective for the product in cross-functional governance forums and key decision-making discussions This role requires: Bachelor's Degree Required, PhD, PharmD or MBA preferred 12 years of life sciences related experience with a focus on Marketing, Sales and/or Commercial Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, and collaborate across complex organizations Strong knowledge of hematology/oncology, particularly multiple myeloma and evolving treatment paradigms (e.g., TCEs, CAR-T, CELMoDs) Proven analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with ability to synthesize diverse inputs (clinical, commercial, customer, competitive) into actionable strategies Prior experience supporting inline products and/or new indication launches required Experience in global or US marketing, including pre-approval planning for specialty oncology products Strong analytical and business insight with experience building strategic cases Does this sound like you?
