Branch Manager - Medina, OH Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. We're looking for a dynamic, customer & people-first Branch Manager to lead our flagship Medina location—our largest and most visible branch. This role is equal parts business leader, team developer, and customer champion , responsible for delivering an exceptional experience while driving commercial performance. What You'll Do As Branch Manager, you'll lead the commercial engine of the branch—Inside Sales, Counter Sales, and the Design Center—while partnering cross-functionally to deliver results. Leadership & Culture Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across inside sales, counter, and Design Center Foster an accountable, engaged, and customer-first culture rooted in trust and collaboration Lead by example—demonstrating integrity, work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement Business & Customer Performance Own branch-level commercial performance and customer experience Drive selling effectiveness, service excellence, and conversion across all customer touchpoints Lead the Design Center as a strategic growth engine—including appointments, close rates, and showroom presentation Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Outside Sales and the Regional Manager on key account strategies Partner with operations to ensure strong inventory flow, fulfillment, and logistics execution Work with marketing on events and promotions that build relationships and drive traffic Operational Excellence Oversee front-end processes including cash handling, transactions, and receivables coordination Ensure the branch environment is safe, clean, well-merchandised, and aligned with brand standards Maintain strong coordination with IT, facilities, and corporate support team What You Bring Proven success leading and developing teams (10+ employees) in a sales or distribution environment Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue, customer growth, and service performance Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment , partnering across sales, operations, and corporate functions Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related distribution strongly preferred Design Center or showroom leadership experience is a plus Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Comfortable using technology and business systems to drive results Highly organized with strong prioritization and decision-making ability Why Wolff Bros.?
