Job Description

Strella Aesthetics is looking for a smart, driven, operations-minded leader to take charge of day-to-day operations and work directly with the leadership to elevate the business. We have two locations, ideal candidate will be able to oversee both.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations and team performance Social media and marketing experience Drive revenue through creative promotions and service optimization Create efficient systems to streamline patient flow and backend processes Lead, train, and support staff to ensure excellence in service delivery Track KPIs and make data-informed decisions Work closely with ownership on strategy, growth, and execution Help shape the patient experience and elevate the brand
Who You Are:
Experienced in med spa or aesthetic practice operations Strong managerial and leadership background Creative, proactive, and obsessed with improvement Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bonus:
Past injector, esthetician, or provider experience
