Lead Daily Operations:
Oversee all aspects of hospice operations, including budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance with legal and healthcare standards.
Ensure High-Quality Care:
Promote ethical practices and ensure that every patient receives compassionate, comprehensive care.
Support and Develop Staff:
Ensure appropriate staffing, staff training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Foster Team-Based Care:
Oversee and strengthen collaboration across interdisciplinary teams (nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, etc.).
Drive Organizational Excellence:
Monitor services, finances, and patient outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Build Strong Partnerships:
Work closely with other departments, community partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery. Benefits and Perks for You! Two (2) to five (5) years experience in health care management. Demonstrates an ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Has an ability to deal tactfully with the community. Has knowledge of corporate business management. Understands hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group. Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.
