The Foster Care and Permanency Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and the treatment team, and for the oversight and management of referrals and admissions, treatment/services to clients, foster family development, hiring, and personnel management.Essential Responsibilities:
The Program Manager/Permanency Supervisor ensures compliance with all statutory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, mitigates risk, and serves in the on-call rotation. The Program Manager/Permanency Supervisor will provide a full range of adoption/permanency services at designated FCCP sites, as well as provide supervisory and administrative support to the Permanency Program Manager. The position requires work with both children and adults working toward permanency.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related human services degree required ; Prior experience in foster care, adoption, or other family serving systems preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Computer skills Valid Driver's license and registered vehicle-able to work independently in the field Must be at least 21 years of ageAbout KidsPeace:
