Job Details Position Summary This Director role is a senior integration leader who drives business value across Digital Workplace products

• spanning productivity, endpoint, voice, and collaboration platforms
• with a primary focus on leading end-to-end M&A integration execution.

From sign-to-close through post-close stabilization, this leader owns the sequenced, cohesive, and user-centric integration experience that brings acquired entities into alignment with enterprise standards and strategy. By bridging target-state technology, process, and change management, this role translates business needs and M&A objectives into clear integration plans that accelerate productivity, reduce friction, and improve adoption. The dedicated M&A focus enables the organization to deliver integration programs more efficiently while allowing product teams to remain concentrated on their roadmaps, lifecycle priorities, and operational demands.

• Proven experience working in large-scale environments, optimizing business processes to support growth, productivity, and seamless integration of acquired entities. Change Leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, take calculated risks, and drive continuous improvement
