About the Opportunity This is an open position with FirstEnergy Service Co., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [FEU] The Supervisor position is responsible for the administration and oversight of Project Development Project Managers within FirstEnergy's Portfolio Management Department. This role primarily manages the Distribution Project Development Project Management Team but may also oversee Transmission Projects as assigned. The Project Development Team's core mission is to review and refine project scope, schedule, and budget to mitigate risk and ensure constructability within established timeframes before releasing projects for construction.

Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance:

Ensure team commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all aspects of work.

Leadership & Oversight:

Supervise internal and external Project Development Project Managers, providing leadership and direction to deliver successful projects aligned with FirstEnergy's goals. Direct and monitor daily activities to ensure accurate project plans within C&DS source systems.

Team Development:

Develop staff and contribute to departmental strategy and goals. Foster a positive work environment that supports individual growth and adheres to FirstEnergy's Rules of Engagement and Code of Ethics. Monitor employee satisfaction, and manage performance.
