The Spa At The Hotel Hershey features 40,000 Sq. Ft of relaxation space, including 59 treatment rooms, and breathtaking views of the majestic gardens. The Spa Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and financial performance of a luxury spa facility at The Hotel Hershey. This executive role focuses on long-term vision, business development, and profit maximization while ensuring the highest brand standards of The Hotel Hershey are maintained. Essential Job Duties:
Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategic plan for the Spa to drive business growth and competitive positioning within the luxury market. Full P&L responsibility, including budget creation, financial forecasting, and active management to achieve annual revenue targets.- Oversee the Spa facility to ensure optimal performance, luxury brand compliance, and superior guest satisfaction across all departments as well as maintain relationships within our robust spa membership club.
- Directly mentor managers and oversee departmental heads. Lead training and professional development strategies for the entire Spa team.
- Identify and implement business development opportunities, including new services, retail partnerships, and marketing initiatives to enhance revenue streams.
