What You'll Own You'll be the driving force behind the Memory Care neighborhood—setting the tone, the standard, and the experience. Create an environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated care team with clear expectations and accountability Oversee resident assessments and ensure individualized, thoughtful care plans Anticipate and respond to changes in condition with strong clinical judgment Build lasting relationships with families—be a trusted partner and resource Ensure operations are compliant, organized, and always survey-ready Collaborate with department leaders to create a seamless resident experience What You Bring to the Table Experience in Memory Care Preferably a nurse (LPN) in PA Proven leadership experience with team development and accountability Strong understanding of dementia care and resident-centered programming Confidence in managing compliance, documentation, and care oversight A calm, steady leadership presence—especially in fast-paced situations A collaborative, team-first mindset (not a micromanager) Let's Connect If you're ready to step into a role where leadership, compassion, and impact come together—we'd love to connect.
