Corporate Development Manager Newtown Square, PA About the Opportunity We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to support a highly active M&A strategy within a growing organization. This role offers strong visibility across the business and direct exposure to executive leadership, private equity partners, and cross-functional teams. What You'll Be Doing Evaluate M&A opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research Support transaction execution from LOI through close, including due diligence and business case development Prepare investment materials and presentations for senior leadership Conduct industry and market research, including competitive and macroeconomic trends Maintain valuation benchmarks (comps, precedent transactions, etc.) Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and IT during diligence and integration Track post-close integration progress, including synergy realization and performance metrics Maintain CRM systems and acquisition pipeline tracking Build competitive intelligence on key industry players What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4 transaction services, corporate finance, or corporate development Strong financial modeling and Excel skills Solid understanding of M&A processes Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus Must be based in or open to relocating to the Philadelphia area

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
