Hybrid Aesthetic Nurse Injector / Med Spa Manager Job Overview Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Hybrid Aesthetic Nurse Injector / Med Spa Manager to join our team. This dual-role position combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, playing a key part in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments while managing daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality aesthetic procedures, including injectables, and overseeing the overall management of the med spa. This role is instrumental in driving top-line revenue growth and enhancing EBITDA, supporting the continued success and expansion of our practice. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and care. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's aesthetic goals and medical history. Maintain high standards of patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all procedures. Manage daily clinic operations, including staff supervision, appointment scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Lead marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones, contributing to revenue growth. Monitor financial performance metrics, analyze data to identify opportunities for increasing revenue, and implement strategies to improve profitability. Train and mentor staff members to ensure consistent delivery of quality services and uphold clinic standards. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in medical aesthetics. Foster a welcoming and professional environment that promotes patient loyalty and positive brand reputation. Qualifications Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic nursing or cosmetic dermatology preferred. Proven experience as an injector with a strong portfolio of successful treatments. Prior management experience in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about treatment options. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and oversee a team. Business acumen with a focus on growing revenue streams and improving operational efficiency. Knowledge of relevant health regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
