Job Description

The Associate Executive Director is the gatekeeper of all department heads which includes oversight, adequate staffing patterns/branch coverage, budget management and creating a culture of accountability throughout entire branch operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Three years' experience in related field required. Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience required. A combination of Urban/Suburban work experience and experience with diverse cultural and backgrounds. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid PA driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Local travel required/occasional out-of-state travel.
