Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings. Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve processes, streamline workflows, and boost overall efficiency. Monitor sales performance metrics, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals. Requirements Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a business environment. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives. Solid understanding of profit & loss statements, financial analysis, and budget management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Prior experience in supervising or managing operational functions within a fast-paced setting is highly preferred.
