Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution. Your responsibilities Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects. Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization. Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making. Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed. Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information. Participate in Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives and special projects that support diversity, inclusion, and neurodiversity within the organization. Assist with cross-functional engagement activities that promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture. Your skills and experience Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance. It would be nice if you had: Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas.
