Land Acquisition Analyst Elite Land Acquisition Texas Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $75,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Investment Microsoft Excel Financial analysis Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Real Estate Excel data analysis Full Job Description Overview Elite Land Acquisition of Texas is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Land Acquisition Analyst to support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of land deals across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This is a high-exposure role working directly with senior leadership on real transactions, not a back-office analyst position. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, underwriting deals, coordinating due diligence, and helping drive acquisitions from initial sourcing through closing. If you're serious about building a career in real estate development and want to be on the front lines of deal-making, this role is designed for you. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate off-market and on-market land opportunities Perform financial underwriting and deal analysis (pricing, yield, returns) Conduct market research, comps, and feasibility analysis Review zoning, land use, and development constraints Support due diligence (title, survey, utilities, environmental, etc.) Work with brokers, landowners, engineers, and municipalities Assist in structuring LOIs, PSAs, and acquisition strategies Track and manage deal pipeline and acquisition activity Prepare internal investment summaries and presentations This role is heavily focused on analysis + execution , not just reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related) 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to evaluate land from both financial and development perspectives Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move quickly Strong communication skills GIS / mapping tools Exposure to Texas development / entitlements What This Role Is Deal-driven and fast-paced High accountability Direct exposure to acquisitions and development What This Role Is Not A passive analyst role A corporate reporting position A training ground for someone unsure about real estate Growth Opportunity Direct exposure to real land deals Clear path to Acquisition Manager Performance-based upside tied to deals Why Join You'll be working on real transactions in one of the most active development markets in the country, with direct access to decision-makers and deal flow.
