This is a high-exposure role working directly with senior leadership on real transactions, not a back-office analyst position. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, underwriting deals, coordinating due diligence, and helping drive acquisitions from initial sourcing through closing. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate off-market and on-market land opportunities Perform financial underwriting and deal analysis (pricing, yield, returns) Conduct market research, comps, and feasibility analysis Review zoning, land use, and development constraints Support due diligence (title, survey, utilities, environmental, etc.) Work with brokers, landowners, engineers, and municipalities Assist in structuring LOIs, PSAs, and acquisition strategies Track and manage deal pipeline and acquisition activity Prepare internal investment summaries and presentations This role is heavily focused on analysis + execution , not just reporting.
