Full Job Description Position Overview:
The Managing Partner will lead Secure Accounting Miami in achieving its strategic vision and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, manage day-to-day operations, and cultivate relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the firm's strategic initiatives to enhance growth and profitability. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute long-term business goals. Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the firm. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal health and accountability. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base. Build strong relationships within the Miami business community to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Promote ongoing professional development and training for team members. Identify and mitigate risks related to business operations and compliance. Ensure adherence to all accounting regulations and ethical standards. Engage directly with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service offerings and client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the accounting or finance industry. Prior experience running a firm preferred. Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial regulations with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proven track record of driving business growth and managing client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive workplace culture.
