Multi-Unit Manager

Duties Lead and coordinate the daily operations of multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction across all locations Supervise store managers and team leaders, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to cultivate high-performing teams Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and building strong community relationships Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability and control costs Implement process improvements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce waste or redundancies Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, analyzing data to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments Requirements Proven management experience overseeing multiple units or locations within a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management Demonstrated success in managing profit & loss responsibilities with a focus on financial growth Supervising experience with a track record of developing talent and enhancing team performance Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize operational workflows Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with staff, customers, and community partners Join us as a Multi-Unit Manager to lead with energy, inspire your teams, and make a significant impact across multiple locations. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
