Up to 70% or more, based on integration needs Position Summary This position is an integral role in Hometown Veterinary Partners' hospital acquisition activity and overall company growth. This role leads to the cross-functional execution of operations and integration activities for external acquisitions and, post-integration, continues supporting hospitals to ensure operations run smoothly and at maximum efficiency. Culture Communicate consistently with hospital leaders, guiding them through the partnership process as efficiently as possible while prioritizing a premier customer experience Serve as a resource of information and support across all hospital functional areas Cultivate a collaborative, supportive team environment aligned with HVP's core principles Champion change management; identify, document, share, and promote best practices Community Partner with hospital team leaders to solve problems and ensure client needs are exceeded, and optimal patient care is delivered Communicate deadlines to all internal HVP cross-functional teams to ensure prompt, efficient delivery Partner with hospital leadership to strategically support Compassionate Care for sustainable growth Partner with leadership and hospital teams to support growth and revenue potential Collaboration Manage multiple integrations simultaneously against strict deadlines Coordinate, track, and lead due diligence activities, including financial, HR, vendor relationships, key contracts, and other items required for a successful partnership Identify operational issues, develop solutions, and escalate across stakeholders to drive decision-making Track success in partnership with the leadership team Work hands-on in hospitals as needed Take on additional responsibilities as the company and role evolve Skills & Abilities Change-agile, with the ability to manage competing deadlines Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing, personable style Working knowledge of core HR practices Persuasive communication skills Demonstrated ability to have direct, customer-centered conversations Strong organizational skills; able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with urgency and limited supervision Highly motivated self-starter, able to work under strict project timelines Strong written and verbal presentation skills; able to present concisely and with detail Strong desire to learn and contribute as a valuable team member Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Natural problem-solving instinct Ability to travel up to 70% or more, based on integration needs Education, Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of veterinary industry experience, preferably in acquisition management, hospital leadership, or cross-functional team collaboration Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or CVT/LVT credential Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with multiple internal and external parties on a project Demonstrated experience in conflict management and leading difficult conversations Project management platform experience a plus Flexible work from home options available.
