Service Manager - Commercial HVAC

Director of Service Operations CMC is seeking a Service Manager who thrives on developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. If you're a proactive leader with strong HVAC knowledge and a passion for team development—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of HVAC service technicians across the Baton Rouge region
• Monitor KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and profitability
• Develop staffing plans and mentor team members for technical and career growth
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and construction teams for service coordination
• Oversee quotes, service billing accuracy, and customer relationship management

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in commercial HVAC with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in service, diagnostics, and HVAC systems
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead by example, coach in the field, and develop a strong service culture
• Valid license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
