Our team is responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships within the Close Combat Systems line of business. What You Will Be Doing As the Business Development Analyst Principle you will be responsible for shaping strategy and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) to keep sold and grow the Close Combat Systems Line of Business Assess and build effective customer and industry partner relationships Develop growth strategies within existing and new customer organizations Manage New Business Funds to invest in technology and produce winning proposals Facilitate strategic thinking throughout the business to react quickly to changing market environments Why Join Us The ideal candidate is collaborative, forward‑thinking, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Strong relationships within the Department of Army, industry partners and competitors Track record of successful shaping and winning new business Business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills, reliability and sound judgment, strong strategic thinking and planning skills Diplomatic, persuasive and articulate communication style to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external senior executives Demonstrate personal accountability, achievement, learning and continual improvement Ability to articulate complex issues into succinct, cohesive summaries and presentationsDesired Skills:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
