Main responsibilities:
Position Purpose The Store Director is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and financial performance of the store. This role drives sales, customer service, associate engagement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance while developing future leaders and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Lead all store operations and ensure achievement of sales, profit, labor, and shrink goals. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain talented associates and leaders. Drive customer service excellence and improve NPS/customer satisfaction results. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage financial performance, including sales, gross profit, labor, and operating expenses. Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and execution of promotional programs. Build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Partner with District Managers, HR, and operational specialists to achieve business objectives. Develop succession plans and create talent pipelines for leadership positions. Ensure a safe working environment for associates and customers.
