Job Description

Unit Director Position Summary:
The Unit Director coordinates and directs the clinical and other unit activities necessary to provide quality patient care. Provides leadership to facilitate staff development and productive working relationships within the health care team.
Education:
Holds a current Texas permit or license as a Registered Nurse. BSN required (or actively pursing). Master's preferred
Training and Experience:
1. BLS through the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire. 2. Full time status. Minimum of 3 years full-time R.N. experience. Prefer minimum 1 year leadership experience in a defined leadership role.
