The Finance Leadership Experience (FLEX) Program is a premier rotational internship designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders at Upbound Group. Each summer, a select group of high-performing interns rotate through Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Treasury, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how finance influences business strategy, capital allocation, growth initiatives, and shareholder value creation. Through meaningful project work, executive exposure, and cross-functional collaboration, FLEX provides a unique opportunity to build the analytical, business, and leadership skills needed for a successful career in corporate finance. What You'll Do Assist with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case development. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations. Prepare presentations and insights for finance and business leaders. Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business decisions. Participate in special projects that improve processes and drive operational efficiency. Deliver a final project presentation to senior leaders. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance with an expected graduation date between May 2027 and December 2027. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, financial strategy, capital markets, or corporate development. Strong analytical, quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven leadership potential through academic achievement, internships, campus involvement, athletics, military service, or extracurricular activities. Preferred Qualifications Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, consulting, banking, corporate strategy, or a related field. Experience with financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, data analytics, or business intelligence tools. Coursework in Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Modeling, Valuation, Capital Markets, or Economics. Interest in pursuing a career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Treasury, or Corporate Finance,
