Job Description

Position Summary The Store Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operation of the store. This role drives sales, profitability, customer service excellence, and team engagement while ensuring compliance with all company policies, labor standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. The Store Director serves as the primary leader of the location and is accountable for delivering results through people, process, and execution. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management Lead, develop, coach, and engage store leadership and associates to achieve operational and performance goals Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management across all departments Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on hiring, development, corrective action, and succession planning Store Operations Oversee all day‑to‑day store operations including merchandising, presentation, cleanliness, and safety Ensure execution of company standards, policies, and operational programs Monitor inventory levels, ordering, shrink controls, and labor utilization Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety and labor laws Sales, Financial, & Business Performance Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning and execution Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, labor, and shrink Control expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines Execute promotional plans and seasonal initiatives to meet business objectives Customer Experience Champion exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns Ensure store conditions and service levels align with company expectations Build strong relationships within the community to enhance store reputation and engagement Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe work environment for associates and customers Ensure safety training, incident reporting, and corrective actions are completed timely Uphold company compliance standards and audit readiness
