Job Description

Club Location:
The Woodlands Country Club, Palmer Course - The Woodlands, TX Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Key Responsibilities:
1.
Guest Services:
Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. Manage the golf bag drop area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. Coordinate tee times, cart rentals, and other golf-related services for guests. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 2.
Staff Supervision:
Train and schedule outside service staff. Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 3.
Equipment and Facilities Maintenance:
Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, clubs, and practice facilities. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of golf carts, range equipment, and practice areas. Report any equipment or facility issues to Director of Golf or General Manager. 4.
Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of range balls, tees, and other golf-related items. 5.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce golf course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, such as chemical handling and disposal. Address safety concerns promptly and take necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in golf course operations or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
