Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, developing leadership talent, and maintaining brand standards. You will act as a strategic leader to align regional goals with the company's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Take ownership of the day-to-day operation and help build a high-performing location. Translate franchise procedures, systems, and standards into consistent behaviors on the floor . Build a culture of accountability where expectations are clear and results matter. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong team. Lead by example and create an environment where people know what "great" looks like. Establish operational rhythms, routines, and standards that keep the business running consistently. Identify problems, take action, and find solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do. Monitor performance and use the numbers to understand what is working and where we need to improve. Help drive sales, customer experience, team performance, and overall profitability. Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2 years in management within the food service or retail industry. Experience in franchise operations is a plus.
