Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our child care centers. This role is vital in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for working with children, staff and families. As a Manager, you will be responsible for motivating staff, implementing educational daily practicies that enchance the cognitive development of young minds, maintain operational standards to stay in compliance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily, including opening and closing procedures, business management, and shift management. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to enhance employee performance. Manage inventory control and stock replenishment. Oversee customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Keep accurate bookkeeping task and strategies . Qualifications Proven experience in child care or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control. Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives along with supervisory experience in child care. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service using phone eticate and professionalism.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.50 per hour
