Director, ICU Trios Health | Kennewick, WA Wage scale: $66.04 - $89.16 per hour Lead critical care with purpose. Trios Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee ICU operations, support staff development, and drive quality, accountability, and compassionate patient care. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about operational excellence and evidence-based practice. Position overview The Director, ICU leads departmental operations to support organizational goals, including patient care delivery, staffing, budget oversight, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. How you'll make an impact Lead department goals, daily operations, and patient care performance. Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and staff development. Manage budgets, audits, and operational resources. Support compliance, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-focused team culture. What you'll bring Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. Ability to manage priorities, performance, and operational goals in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred or completed within 2 years of hire. BLS and ACLS required. Healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
