Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in business development/customer or partner-facing roles relating to public cloud services. Experience in taking new products and solutions to market, developing and driving GTM offerings with partners. Experience in supporting partners in creation of GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) and taking new products and solutions to the market.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) based on industry and regional requirements. Experience in launching and landing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) with partners and tracking new business. Experience in winning/delivering cloud agreements. Understanding of industry offerings. Excellent communication skills. About the job As a Global AI Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will facilitate C-level relationships with partners, showcase Google's technology solutions, guide our partners in developing their service offerings and work closely with Google Cloud solution sales and engineering teams. You will be the primary technical and strategic partner liaison, driving the co-creation and adoption of AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will be responsible to elevate our partners' technical capabilities, ensure architectural rigor, and accelerate customer value through technical enablement and strategic go-to-market (GTM) execution tailored around the Google Gemini Enterprise. In this role, you will work closely with Partners to develop pipeline, land joint wins and accelerate customer and partner value including accelerating consumption for our joint solution offerings. You will work with Partners to drive our "GTM strategic priority plays" initiative by leading the go-to-market efforts for AI. You will help define the sales plays and act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market sales plays, landing wins and delivering customer success. You will drive execution of the campaigns in orchestration with partners' technical, sales and marketing teams. You will be leveraging your experience in solution building, partner management, strategy and sales, demonstrating your aptitude and passion for working with partners to transform large organizations with Google Cloud technologies. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities Help partners grow their Google Cloud business through Data and AI solutions, serving as a trusted advisor for pre- and post-sales engagements anchored on Google Gemini Enterprise. Serve as technical consultant for strategic partners' AI practices. Conduct

sessions on Google Cloud's AI portfolio, emphasizing Gemini models, Enterprise App, Agent Platform, and Customer Experience. Review and validate partner-developed architectures for technical excellence, security, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to Google Cloud procedures. Provide technical guidance to partners on performance and consumption. Lead the lifecycle of GTM offering creation from business case and solutioning to planning, governance, business value, differentiation, and revenue modeling. Support partners to jointly develop GTM offerings, land them with the field, and measure success through outcomes.
