full-time About the role As a Sector Director, you will provide sales leadership for one of Computacenter's key growth sectors, leading a team of Client Directors and Account Managers responsible for driving revenue growth and targeted customer acquisition. This role carries full accountability for sector performance, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, customer retention, and long-term growth. As the senior business leader for the sector, you will establish and execute business strategy, develop high-performing sales leaders, and create the operational discipline necessary to deliver consistent and profitable results. You will champion a customer-first culture that supports both the acquisition of new logos and the expansion and retention of existing customers, ensuring Computacenter remains a trusted long-term partner while accelerating growth across the sector. The ideal candidate is an accomplished business leader with a proven ability to lead sales teams, drive organizational performance, and build sustainable growth within complex enterprise environments. What you'll be doing Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values. Recruit, coach, and develop top talent to build a high-performance team culture and accelerate growth of the sector. Contribute towards Company strategy and establishes sector objectives. Responsible for execution of strategy and/or go to market propositions. Responsible for achieving revenue and contribution growth targets. Stay ahead of technology trends to ensure sector strategy remains competitive and adaptable to evolving industry trends. Responsible for setting sector budget and wholly accountable for ensuring that spending is in line with budgetary limitations. Provide guidance on major or complex issues/campaigns. Develop and motivate teams to help deliver exceptional customer experience and consistently meet or exceed business targets. Cascade Company and regional objectives to team. Establish productive relationships and networks at Senior Executive level and acts as a point of escalation. Promote Computacenter Services & Solutions to strengthen company reputation and foster customer advocacy. Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded through strategic engagement and retention efforts. Act as an ambassador for Computacenter. Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and reports any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization. Embrace and support Computacenter's mission and core values. What you have 10 years of related sales experience. 3 + years of experience in a management role. Bachelors degree or equivalent in experience. Ability to build effective and constructive relationships up to and including Senior Management level within any organization. Strategic leadership experience in a dynamic commercial environment. Experience managing P&L/budgets to plan. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities. Ability to lead high-value negotiations and influence senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of competitive landscapes and market dynamics. Ability to build effective and constructive relationships, up to and including Senior Management level within any organization.
