Compass Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to lead our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Skagit County. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide both clinical and administrative oversight for a dynamic team supporting individuals in crisis across diverse community settings. About the Program Our MCOT team delivers crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services in the community—homes, shelters, schools, and beyond. We partner closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and other community agencies to ensure rapid, recovery-oriented care that prioritizes safety and client empowerment. What You'll Do As Program Supervisor, you will: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team. Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and development of staff. Ensure service delivery meets agency and regulatory standards. Monitor compliance with billing, documentation, and performance metrics. Collaborate with the Program Manager on program operations and community partnerships. Deliver direct crisis services and support complex client cases as needed. Uphold standards of accessibility, equity, and client-centered care. What You Bring Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral science field. Current WA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC. 2+ years of clinical experience serving adults, children, and families. Supervisory and administrative experience preferred. WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to providing supervision). At least 21 years of age. Valid WA Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable). Skills for Success Deep clinical expertise across age groups and systems of care. Proven leadership skills and the ability to build a high-functioning team. Strong understanding of crisis intervention models and behavioral health systems. Excellent time management, documentation, and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative, flexible, and recovery-oriented mindset.
