Job Description
Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team. The Community Director is responsible for administrative operations and supervision of a branch to include training, supervising and evaluating staff and office operations. The Community Director participates in departmental committees and manage different structures, and, thus, the specific duties and responsibilities will vary. What do we offer?

. Vacation accrual begins after 90 days at 6.67 hrs per month with a cap at 160 hours, depending on years of service . Employees who are active and full-time are eligible to accrue 3.34 hours per month up to a maximum of 40.00 hours (5 days) per calendar year . 401k offered . 9 paid holidays . Full Time How will you make an impact? The Community Director helps the company grow by: Providing oversight in general operations of the branch. Monitoring performance of staff and office operations. Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at branch level. Assisting with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred 7- 10years of directly related or closely related experience 5
- 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience 5
- 7 years of Community Association experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or other related industry Proficiency in typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.
