Full Job Description Camp & After School Director Location:

Kids Club Fun & Fitness Ready to turn afternoons and school breaks into the best part of a kid's day? We're looking for an energetic, creative leader to run our after-school programs and camps—and bring the fun to life!

What You'll Do:

Design, plan, schedule and lead awesome after-school programs and school break camps. We are a movement program- so lots of active games and fun hands on activities Turn our gyms, jungle play area, classrooms, and dance rooms into adventure zones Run special events like Friday Fun Nights Keep programs safe, inclusive, and full of energy Lead and develop staff Communicate with parents, kids, and team members Safely transport kids from local schools (clean driving record required) Manage a staff of 4-10 in leading groups of kids in activities

What You Bring:

Experience with youth programs, camps, or similar Strong leadership, teamwork and organization skills A knack for creating fun, engaging activities and games Great communication and multitasking abilities Availability for afternoons/evenings (school year) + full camp days 2+ years supervisory experience (preferred)
