This role is responsible for driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned locations. This position manages branch locations across Missouri and Wisconsin and requires regular travel between these markets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and is motivated by achieving business results while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop branch staff, including training, performance management, quarterly and annual performance reviews Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs, profitability, and operational standards across locations Manage expenses in alignment with established budgets Monitor and drive growth and collections performance against annual budget goals Oversee loan decision processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards Identify and address fraud, loss prevention risks, and operational inefficiencies Support recruiting efforts by interviewing and selecting top talent Foster employee engagement and retention of high-performing team members Partner with Corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and drive local execution Ensure stores are well-maintained, including signage, cleanliness, and overall appearance Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Approve timecards, support scheduling, and assist with payroll processes Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in finance, retail, or a related industry Proven ability to lead multiple locations or teams in a performance-driven environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability and willingness to travel regularly between assigned branch locations in Missouri and Wisconsin Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to motivate and influence others to achieve goals Solid understanding of store operations, compliance, and risk management Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, expenses, and performance metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent travel between branch locations across Missouri and Wisconsin Extended periods of driving, standing, and walking Occasional lifting (10-20 pounds), bending, and store setup activities (e.g., signage, light maintenance) Benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance 401(k) with company contribution of 3% of pay, plus optional employee contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 paid holidays, plus an additional paid day for your birthday Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Cell phone allowance Monthly profit-based bonus eligibility Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and grow within a multi-location operation Impactful role with direct influence on business performance Competitive compensation, including bonus potential Collaborative and fast-paced environment Career growth and development opportunities Additional Information This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for this role and is not an exhaustive list.
