Job Description

Branch Director
  • Dubois Branch Be Somebody's Hero!
Make an impact! The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming is seeking a highly driven, relational leader for our Dubois Branch. The Dubois Branch Director is responsible for the operation of the Boys & Girls Club of Dubois site, overseeing and developing staff, ensuring youth safety and development, and fostering community leadership. The Director works directly with youth, parents, and the community to develop and oversee world-class programs and high-yield activities designed to achieve the Club's three priority outcomes of academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & citizenship. Addition duties include assisting in grant implementation, oversight of branch billing and collections, as well as networking to raise awareness and support for the Club. Experience in supervision of staff is a must and youth development experience is preferred. A day in the life of a Club Director can look like:
  • Creating hand-drawn thank you notes with Club members
  • Coaching, team meetings, and 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at the Boys & Girls Club
  • Lunch meetings with community partners
  • Investing in the skills of staff members
  • Seeing the lives of youth and their families change first-hand!
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Two years of management experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics Proven organizational, staff, and project management abilities Ability to deal effectively with youth from a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and behavior challenges Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents, and community leaders Knowledge or ability to learn varying types of software including Microsoft Suite, Google Workplace, and Member Tracking software CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to attain Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Join our team of professionals who are making a difference every single day! Salary Range:
$48,000
  • $52,000 DOE.
