PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, and dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document routine activity, incidents, and communications in dispatch logs and reports, and relay accurate information to site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed. Coordinate access-related questions, badge issues, visitor inquiries, and/or after-hours calls in accordance with post orders and site protocols. Support regular and random patrol operations by maintaining communication with assigned personnel, tracking status updates, and helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 21 years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
